Agavé Garden is proud to introduce its inaugural wines. Our fine agavé wine was treated and fermented like a high end white wine, with a long cool ferment in stainless steel tanks where temperatures never exceeding 70 degrees. The 100% organic Blue Weber Agavé is fermented to dryness over the course of a few weeks. The wine is then settled, filtered and is ready to be flavored.
Once the base wine is ready, our winemaking team adjusts the acidity and pH to find the perfect balance. Our unique blend of flavors and ingredients are then added into the base wine as well as additional agavé nectar to bring the wine to the ideal level of sweetness.
100% Organic Blue Weber Agavé
Intense aromas of fresh pineapple greet the nose. On the palate, the wine is bright with flavors of pineapple, coconut, banana and a hint of mango. This wine is rich in texture, well-balanced yet light and refreshing.
Agavé Garden is a fine wine to enjoy on any occasion. This wine is so versatile that it may be enjoyed as an aperitif or mixed into an agavé wine cocktail.
Agavé Blue Hawaiian
• 2 oz. Tropical Agavé Garden Wine
• 1 oz. dark rum
• ½ oz. triple sec
• ½ oz. blue Curacao (optional)
• ½ oz. crème of coconut
• ¼ oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp. grenadine (optional)
• Fresh pineapple wedges
• Maraschino cherry
• Fresh mint sprigs
Fill a large tiki or hurricane glass with ice. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Tropical Agavé Garden Wine with the remaining ingredients. Shake well. Strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with the pineapple, cherry, and mint.
